"Whoever commits evil, will surely be repaid according to that evil)" (QS An Nisa'ayat 123), he said, [Abu Bakr] said; "O Messenger of Allah, will we be repaid for every evil we do?" So Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam answered: "May Allah have mercy on you, O Abu Bakr, haven't you experienced pain, sadness, been hit by trials? So that's your reply.

Narrated to us [Abu Kamil] he said; Narrated to us [Hammad Bin Salamah] he said; I took this letter from [Tsumamah Bin Abdullah Bin Anas] from [Anas Bin Malik], that [Abu Bakr] wrote to them; "Indeed, this is the distribution of zakat which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has decreed for the Muslims and which Allah has commanded the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so whoever among the Muslims is asked for according to its provisions, let him give it, and whoever is asked for more than its provisions, let him not give it; for camels less than twenty-five, for every five to ten camels the zakat is one goat, and if it reaches twenty-five, the zakat is one female camel that is two years old, up to thirty-five, if there are no female camels that are two years old, then the zakat is one male camel that is three years old, and if it reaches thirty-six, the zakat is one male camel that is three years old until the number is forty-five, and if it reaches forty-six, the zakat is one female camel that is four years old that is like a male camel until the number is sixty, and if it reaches sixty-one, the zakat is one female camel that is five years old until the number is seventy-five, and If the number reaches seventy-six, the zakat is two female camels that have reached the age of three years until the number is ninety, and if the number reaches ninety-one, the zakat is two young camels that have reached the age of four years like two male camels until the number is one hundred and twenty, and if it is more than one hundred and twenty, then for every forty, the zakat is one young camel that has reached the age of three years, and for every fifty, the zakat is one young camel that has reached the age of four years, and if the age of the camels varies in the obligation of zakat, then whoever has reached the obligation of zakat on a young female camel that is five years old while he does not have a young female camel that is five years old, but has a young female camel that is four years old, then that is sufficient to be accepted, but it is added to two goats if it is easy to get them or twenty dirhams, and whoever has reached the obligation of zakat on one young female camel that is four years old and he does not have any other than a five-year-old, then that is sufficient to be accepted and given to the person who pays zakat, twenty dirhams or two goats. and whoever has reached the obligation of zakat on a young female camel that is four years old while If he does not have one, but has one three-year-old she-camel, then that is sufficient to be accepted from him, plus two goats if they are easy to get, or twenty dirhams. And if he has reached the obligatory zakat of one three-year-old she-camel, but does not have except one four-year-old she-camel, then that is sufficient to be accepted and given to the one who pays zakat of twenty dirhams or two goats. And if he has reached the obligatory zakat of one three-year-old she-camel, but does not have one and has a two-year-old one, then that is sufficient to be accepted from him, plus two goats if they are easy to get, or twenty dirhams. And if he has reached the obligatory zakat of one two-year-old she-camel, but does not have except one three-year-old male camel, then that is sufficient to be accepted from him and nothing more is added to it. And if he has nothing but four camels, then there is no zakat on him unless their owners wish. And in the case of zakat on grazing goats, if their number reaches forty, then their zakat is due. one goat up to a total of one hundred and twenty, and if there is more than that then the zakat is two goats up to a total of two hundred, and if it is more than one then the zakat is three goats up to a total of three hundred, and if there is more then for every hundred the zakat is one goat, and the zakat is not taken in zakat from under-aged, weak, handicapped and bean goats, unless the person who is giving the zakat wishes, and separate assets cannot be collected (to take the zakat) and also the gathered assets cannot be separated because afraid of zakat, and wealth that is mixed from two parts then both are returned to each equally, and if someone's grazing goat is less than one goat out of forty then there is no zakat unless the owner wishes. And on slaves the zakat is four tenths and if their wealth does not reach but one hundred and ninety dirhams then there is no zakat unless the owner wishes.

Narrated to us [Abdurrazzaq] he said; has reported to us [Ma'mar] from [Az Zuhri] from [Salim] from [Ibn Umar] from [Umar] he said; Hafshoh Bint Umar was widowed and left behind by Hunais or Hudzaifah Bin Hudzafah - Abdurrazzaq doubts - and she was one of the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam who witnessed the events of the Battle of Badr and died in Medina, 'Umar said; so I met Uthman Bin Affan and I offered Hafshah to him, I said; "If you want then I will marry you to Hafshah," Uthman replied; "I'll think about that first." Several nights passed and then Uthman met me and said; "I don't have any desire to get married these days." Umar said; then I met Abu Bakr and I said to him; "If you want, I will marry you to Hafshah Bint Umar." But he didn't give me any answer, so in my heart there was a feeling that exceeded the feeling when I was with Uthman, and several days passed until finally Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam came to me and proposed to Hafshah, then I married Hafshah to him, Abu Bakr came to see me and said; "Maybe in your heart there was a feeling for me when you offered me Hafshah and I didn't give you any answer?" Umar said, I answered; "Yes" [Abu Bakr] said; "Indeed, there is nothing that prevents me from returning to you with an answer when you offer me Hafshah, but I heard Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam once mentioned it, and I will not spread the secret of Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, if he leaves it, I will definitely marry him.

So the Messenger of Allah answered: "Yes, then honor them as you honor your children, feed them from the food you eat." The friends asked; "O Messenger of Allah, what can benefit us in the world?" Narrated to us [Uthman Bin Umar] he said; has informed us [Yunus] from [Az Zuhri] he said; has informed me [Ibn As Sabbaq] he said; had informed me [Zaid Bin Thabit], that [Abu Bakr] sent him to the place of war of the people of Yamamah while Umar was by his side, then Abu Bakr said; "Indeed, Umar met me and he said: 'Indeed, many victims of the Yamamah war fell, they were from the Qori' of the Muslims, and I am afraid that more and more Qori' will be killed on other battlefields so that a large number of the Qur'an will be lost because they are not known, and in fact I am of the opinion that you should give me the mandate to collect the Qur'an.' so I said to Umar; 'How could I do something that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had never done? So Umar answered: 'By Allah, it is good.' Then Umar kept coming to me and asking for my opinion on that matter, until Allah opened my heart and I agreed with Umar's thinking." He said; while Zaid and Umar sat beside him without uttering a word, then Abu Bakr said: "Indeed you are an intelligent young man, we do not doubt your ability because you have written the revelation for the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, so compile the Qur'an." Zaid said: "By Allah, if they burden me with moving one of the mountains, it is not as heavy as what he mandated me to collect the Qur'an, then I said: "How can you do something that the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam has never done?

When Umar was appointed caliph, both of them complained about their case to Umar, then Umar said; "What Abu Bakr does not move, I will not move it." And when Uthman was appointed caliph, the two of them complained to Uthman, Uthman was silent and bowed his head, Ibn Abbas said; "I was afraid that he would take it, so I clapped my hands on the middle of Abbas' shoulders and said: 'O my father, I swear to you, you should hand it over to Ali.' I already know what you are going to say, you say that my brother's son and I get half of the property. And I also already know what you are going to say, O Ali, you will say that his daughter is under my care, so she gets half of the property, and this was what happened during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so we have seen how he decided in this matter, then Abu Bakr continued after the Messenger of Allah and did what the Messenger of Allah did, then I continued after Abu Bakr, so I swear by Allah to truly decide this matter as the Messenger of Allah and Abu Bakr did." Then he said; "And Abu Bakr has related to me and sworn that he is truthful that he heard the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam say: "Verily, the prophet is not inherited but his inheritance is distributed among the poor and needy among the Muslims." And [Abu Bakr] has related to me and sworn by Allah that he is truthful, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Verily, a prophet will not die until some of his people make him an imam." And this (property) was in the hands of the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, and we have seen how he acted in this matter, if you wish I will give it to you both so that you will treat it according to what the Messenger of Allah and Abu Bakr did, so I gave it to you both." Narrated to us [Muhammad Bin Ja'far] he said; Narrated to us [Syu'bah] from [Al Hakam] from [Abu Wa`il] that [Shubay Bin Ma'bad] used to be a Christian from the Arab Taghlib tribe, then converted to Islam, then he asked; "What is the most important practice?" So it was said to him; "Jihad in the way of Allah" then he wanted to carry out jihad but he was asked; "Have you done Hajj?" He answered; "Not yet" was said to him; "Perform the Hajj and Umrah then wage jihad." So he walked until he reached a dry place, then he was about to intend to perform Hajj and Umrah, and when he saw Zaid Bin Shuhan and Salman Bin Rabi'ah, both of them said; "He is more astray than his camel," or; "He has no more clues than his camel." So he came to Umar and told him what Zaid and Salman had said, so [Umar] said; "You have complied with the Sunnah of your Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam." Al Hakam said; so I asked Abu Wa`il; "Did Shubay tell you?" He answered; "Yes.
