حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ أَوْ حُمَيْدَةَ الشَّكُّ مِنْ زُهَيْرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا خَطَبَ أَحَدُكُمْ امْرَأَةً فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَيْهَا إِذَا كَانَ إِنَّمَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا لِخِطْبَتِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ لَا تَعْلَمُ

Narrated to us [Hasan bin Musa] Narrated to us [Zuhair] from [Abdullah bin Isa] from [Musa bin Abdullah] from [Abu Humaid or Humaidah], the doubt is with Zuhair, he said: The Prophet Peace be upon him said: "If one of you proposes to a woman, then there is nothing wrong with him looking at the woman, it's just that he sees her just to propose to her even though the woman doesn't know it.
